Qi Gong & Yoga · Templemore, Co. Tipperary

Gentle movement and calm, brought to your school, group or club

Qi Gong and yoga sessions for primary and secondary schools, colleges, community and older adults' groups, and gyms across Tipperary — led by Kimberly Morkan, a qualified teacher.

Why Qi Gong

Slow, flowing movement for any space, any body

Qi Gong (say "chee gung") is a slow, flowing sequence of gentle movements paired with the breath — think tai chi's quieter cousin. It gives many of yoga's benefits without needing a mat, a hall, or a change of clothes. That makes it a good fit for classrooms, body-conscious teenagers, and anyone who'd rather not get down on the floor.

A career educator first

Kimberly Morkan

Kimberly spent twenty years in classrooms — as a secondary teacher, an English teacher in Istanbul, and a Special Needs Assistant in a primary-school autism unit — before going full-time in Qi Gong and yoga. So whoever's in the room, a class of infants, a group of teenagers or a memory-friendly group, she knows how to run it calmly and safely.
